Assistant Front Office Manager
In the Heart of Macon Assistant Front Office Manager Hotel Forty Five is seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to help lead our front desk team in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. This role is responsible for supervising daily front office operations, supporting staff in handling payment issues, and ensuring all check-ins and check-outs are executed efficiently and accurately. The Assistant Front Office Manager will assist in processing all payment types, setting up accurate guest accounts, and managing room assignmentsincluding during high-demand, sold-out situations. Strong coordination with departments such as Housekeeping and Engineering is essential to resolve guest needs and maintain room readiness. This role will also oversee daily financial procedures, including balancing and dropping receipts according to Accounting standards. In addition to operational excellence, the Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in employee development by training, coaching, and serving as a positive role model. They act as a first point of contact for employee concerns under the Guarantee of Fair Treatment / Open Door Policy and are responsible for promoting a safe and inclusive work environment by reporting incidents and completing all required safety trainings. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and teamwork in the vibrant setting of downtown Macon.
