STARTING SALARY : 60,008 annually

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION ) :
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration or a human services field such as Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Therapeutic Recreation, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Human Services (including a clinical practicum of at least one year), or a related field from an accredited college or university; AND
- One (1) year of human services-related experience
- Associate’s degree in public administration, business administration or a human services field such as Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Therapeutic Recreation, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Human Services (including a clinical practicum of at least one year) or a related field from an accredited college or university; AND
- Three (3) years of human services-related experience
JOB DUTIES (SUMMARY) :

Attends necessary training as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : (
Knowledge of : Agency goals and objectives
Skill in : Leading collaborative groups and services; organizing community social services; strategic plan development and execution; understanding of federal, state, and local; program advocacy; read and synthesize information quickly.
Ability to : Communicate effectively orally and in writing; interpret a variety of instructions; consider a variety of variables and determine proper action; establish effective and friendly working relationship with clients, staff, administration, community, and neighborhood organizations; function autonomously with minimum; supervision; prepare meaningful, concise and accurate reports; maintain accurate records; recognize unusual or threatening conditions and take appropriate action; handle sensitive information appropriately; facilitating team process.
