Military Services Program Manager
Cedar Hills Hospital is looking for a Military Services Program Manager, with prior military experience, who is dedicated to serving our patients with a high quality of care! This position provides leadership for the Military Services Program, ensuring delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the community and the facility's objectives. Duties include the development of curriculum and program initiatives and oversight for military services operations offered at the facility; including clinical services, transportation coordination, intake and assessment, and utilization review. The Military Services Program Manager carries a caseload of patients enrolled in the Program, participates in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings, documents services, supports patients transitioning into and out of the program, and coordinates with outside providers.
Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital and Outpatient Services program in Portland, Oregon dedicated to healing patients' minds and bodies. Qualifications Requirements : Military experience required Master's degree in social work, or related mental health field preferred. License - Certified in social work or clinical related mental health field preferred. Key Skills - Strong communication, organization, service excellence, operations skills. Knowledge of clinical programming preferred. Handle With Care and Service Excellence training must occur within 90 days of employment. May be required to work occasional evenings and weekends. Travel may be required on occasion.
