Welder Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • to $ / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
  • Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 06 : 00am to 06 : 30pm)
  • The ability to work as a team, follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
  • Determine the appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods based on requirements
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications
  • Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
  • Align components using fixtures, tape measure, levels, speed square, etc. and clamp pieces
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
  • Prepare trailers and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps

    • Welder Qualifications :

  • MIG experience required
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus
  • Ability to lift, push, pull heavy items up to 50-70 pounds consistently required
  • Must have the ability to use and read a tape measure
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
