Inside Sales Representative

This is a developmental position designed to prepare high-potential talent for future advancement into an Inside Sales Manager role. As an Inside Sales Development Representative, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the sales process, build strong foundational skills, and contribute directly to revenue growth by acquiring new merchant clients via phone.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Acquisition : Proactively engage with merchant prospects from various company sources to close sales and meet performance targets.
• Mentorship & Growth : Receive ongoing coaching and guidance from experienced Inside Sales Managers to accelerate your development.
• Sales Process Mastery : Learn and apply proven sales techniques, demonstrating progressive improvement in communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer Understanding : Deepen your knowledge of merchant needs, pain points, and business requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
• Performance Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives while building a pipeline of future opportunities.

Basic Qualifications :

Education and Experience : HS / GED and 2 years of related experience or Associates degree and 0 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Excellent oral communication skills required.

Additional Basic Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older
