The Dairy Applications Research & Deployment Scientist conducts experiments and supports projects focused on developing and refining ingredient applications. This role works closely with R&D and Technical Services to translate scientific concepts into practical customer-relevant solutions contributing to the delivery of innovative and high-performing products.

Accountabilities :

• Conduct experiments within the team to evaluate and optimize ingredient performance in various applications reporting findings to support project outcomes.
• Analyse data to draw insights on ingredient behavior interactions and functionality to impact decision-making within the team and improve applications development.
• Collaborate with Technical Service teams to translate customer needs into practical ingredient solutions.
• Document research findings and assist with team with preparing technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects aimed at expanding the understanding of ingredient combinations and their applications supporting the resolution of common problems and expanding team capabilities.
• Support the development of prototypes and trials for customized ingredients and products strictly following health and safety procedures.

When determining final compensation we take into consideration : skillset job scope knowledge prior experience cost of living market data budget availability and other factors as permitted by law.

The salary range for this position is : $55000 - $81000.
