NOW Hiring - Patient Care Coordinator - Front Desk

Interviews will be held on Thursday 7 / 10 / 25 and Friday morning 7 / 11 / 25

Doctors of Physical Therapy and Premier Rehab Physical Therapy have formed a partnership and are seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator in the following areas : Golden Triangle, Keller Parkway, Viridian, Northlake, and Western Center. The ideal candidate will be interested in establishing a long-term career with a growing organization. They should be a self-motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. These qualities are essential for building strong relationships with both patients and the community.

• Responsibilities include;
• Greet patients
• Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
• Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
• Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
• Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
• Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation / Medical services and medical terminology.
• Answering phones
• Patient registration / data entry
• Scanning / faxing / other clerical duties
• Collecting copay's and patient balances
• Patient scheduling-Schedule Management
• Patient Care assistance as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Insurance benefits

Must be available to work Monday through Friday. Some days may require working into evening hours.
