Job Title : Parts Coordinator

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Location : Chandler, AZ

Summary Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review each service order for correct parts.
• Gather parts needed for service work order.
• Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.
• Traveling to deliver parts in state and out of state-some over nights may be required.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will be working at a rapid pace within the production line. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
