A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduling Coordinator for a full-time remote position in Oregon or Washington. Key Responsibilities Coordinate surgeries, procedures, exams, therapies, and evaluations across multiple departments and facilities Serve as the main communication point for scheduling and resource coordination with physicians and caregivers Maintain scheduling templates and ensure compliance with policies while managing patient information and authorizations Required Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting Minimum of 2 years of scheduling and health records experience in a hospital or healthcare environment Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems Preferred experience in scheduling across multiple healthcare departments and compliance documentation Completion of basic anatomy / physiology coursework is preferred
