HVAC Inside Estimator / Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified HVAC Inside Estimator / Salesperson to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing recommendations from HVAC field technicians, accurately estimating the labor and materials required for repairs, and preparing professional customer quotations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review service recommendations provided by field technicians.
Prepare accurate labor and material estimates for repair work.
Develop and present professional customer quotations.
Coordinate and track multiple open recommendations, ensuring timely updates as information and part quotes are received.
Qualifications
Solid technical knowledge of HVAC components and terminology; prior field service experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort working within online estimating portals.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
