WHAT YOU’LL DO : Receive and write orders from customers over the phone providing pricing, product, and delivery information Service customers at the walk-in counter who may need information or product Field phone and in-person inquiries providing pricing / quotes from established price books / lists and product information Coordinate orders with yard personnel Assist customers Communicate order information and status to appropriate Account Managers Participate in physical inventory Maintain product knowledge Perform other work-related duties as assigned by your supervisor and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur throughout the course of employment WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU : $48,-60, per year to start Medical / Dental / Vision / Life / Disability insurance k with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) / Vacation Paid holidays Pet insurance Tuition reimbursement Wellness program WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE : Minimum of an Associate’s degree or corresponding industry experience Must demonstrate our company values Ability to multitask and have multiple projects going simultaneously, while maintaining high quality Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage commitment of customers and team members Must be goal oriented Must be adaptable Must be collaborative and provide innovative solution Knowledge of the industry, the company, and the products and services we deliver Ability to drive and be accountable for results in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
