SUMMARY

We are seeking an Inside Sales Rep for a packaging company in the Grand Prairie, TX area. Main responsibilities would be to cultivate new customers through prospecting, networking, telephone cold calling, and e-mail digital marketing as well as source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to company provided web leads from prospects throughout the US and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Re-engage dormant existing customers / prospects and reactivate them into the sales process.
• Uncover and secure new business within your existing accounts.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects within targeted geographies.
• Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects.
• Understand customers' needs, requirements and the process designed to move them through to a successful sale.
• Close consumable packaging products and equipment sales and achieve monthly quotas.
• Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Consultative selling focused on the customer's business needs.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency when addressing customer inquiries, utilizing internal resources, and closing sales.
• Expand product offering within accounts to include new product lines and categories.
• Utilize video meeting platforms / telephone to conduct sales process and close sales.
